Hi I’m Jana!
I am a NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach), Certified Life Coach and a Certified Intrinsic Health and Wellbeing Coach.
I received my NBC-HWC in 2023, Health and Life Coach certification in 2017, and my Intrinsic Health and Wellbeing Coach certification in 2022.
My husband, Brian, and I have been married for 32 years, and have three beautiful children (Brandon, Austin and Kelsea)…two here on Earth and one in Heaven (Austin).
My logo, which is officially trademarked, is a Sunflower created and designed by Sara Marquette. The Sunflower is very special to me because it was Austin’s favorite flower. Austin’s passing in 2013 is an enormous part of my journey becoming a coach and studying mindfulness.
