My coaching is a combined method of traditional coaching and intrinsic coaching. My goal is to value you; a unique, one of a kind person and what you are wanting for yourself and in your life. I focus on internal motivators, so you engage in healthy behaviors because you find it personally rewarding. I will help you look deeper within yourself, building upon your strengths and what’s important to you, to identify the true purpose behind your goal. This provides a greater connection to your goal, as well as the behavior change needed to reach it, and equip you to make your own decisions and choices. It becomes an internal drive that is more powerful than any outside force.
